

Born in Ramsey, WV, she was a daughter of the late George Elmer Ramsey and Imogene Walkup (Ramsey) Kight.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by Earl and Gertrude Crist Ramsey, who raised her; her husband, Herbert Allen Mann; a granddaughter, Emily Kaye Mann; and a great-grandson, Knox Mann.
Mrs. Mann was a graduate of Ansted High School and attended West Virginia Institute of Technology.
She met and married Herbert Mann and together they celebrated 50 years before Herberts' death in 2009. She was very active in the Fayetteville community serving as president of the Fayetteville Junior Women’s club, performing in plays at the Memorial Building, was active in choir at the Fayetteville Baptist Church and was a consistent worker at Fayetteville Baseball games serving in the concession stands. She enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles with her boys, fishing, traveling, and visiting with family and friends around the country.
Mrs. Mann retired after 20 years of service as a claims representative with the Social Security Administration.
Left with wonderful memories of her include her beloved sons, Mark (Sheryl) Mann and Gregory (Jane) Mann; three grandchildren, Brandon Allen (Shelby) Mann, Brittney Mann and David (Hannah) Mann; and five great-grandchildren, Lebraun Russell, Jaiden Russell, Julianna Mann, Nash Mann and Remi Kaye Mann.
Services will be at 11:00A.M. Friday, February 9, 2024 at Fayetteville Baptist Church, 104 Ankrom Street, Fayetteville, WV with Pastor Ron George Jr. officiating. Friends are welcome at the church beginning at 10:00A.M. for visitation. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor, WV following the services.
