

Mr. Bryant was the son of the late Philip Ray and Mary Catherine Atkins Bryant and the last living member of the family.
He attended Fayetteville High School and was a veteran of the US Army having proudly served his country in Korea. Mr. Bryant then was employed for many years as a plumber for the Fayette County Board of Education. He loved children and working on cars.
Preceding him in death were his parents; five brothers, Ralph, Sidney, Herman, Henry and Lowell; three sisters, Mabel, Evelyn, and Irene; and son-in-law, Robert Bocook.
Left with wonderful memories are his loving wife of 66 years, Peggy Bryant; three sons, Phillip “Rob” (Cammie) Bryant, Kenneth “K.P.” (Kathy) Bryant and Richard (Hubert) Bryant; a daughter, Donna Bocook; two grandsons, Ian (LaDonna) Bryant and David Bocook; two granddaughters, Kirby (Anthony) Milam and Caitlyn Bocook; two great-grandsons, Breckan Milam and Warren Bryant; three great-granddaughters, Everly Milam, Destiny Bryant and Kindal Bryant; along with two great-great-granddaughters, Lola Adkins and Solara Kessler.
Funeral services will be 1:00P.M. Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home 350 West Maple Avenue Fayetteville, WV with Pastor Jerry Perkins officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest with military honors in Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville, WV.
