Born in Minden, WV she was the daughter of the late Guy Albert and Hazel Christian Foster.
She was a homemaker and a proud Class of 1959 graduate of Collins High School.
Mrs. Elmore was preceded in the death by her parents, her husband, Donald Lewis Elmore, and an infant son, Mark.
Remaining to cherish her memories include two daughters, Debra Elmore of Fayetteville and Stacy (Bryan) White of Moneta, VA; three grandchildren, Tristan (Madison) White, Brandin White and Jorden White; one brother, Guy (Terry) Foster; one sister, Linda (Leo) Moore, along with several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
Memorials may be made in the name of Sally Ann Elmore to CODA, Mountain Academy, New River Humane Society or Gatewood Church of God.
