Althea Vespry

rest. Althea was born was born October 31,1945 in Trinidad WI. To the late

Malcolm and Carmen Hinkson. Althea was raised and educated in Brooklyn NY. She met and married Earlwyn Robert Vespry on September 30,1967, also from Trinidad. From this union came two beautiful children named Danielle Denise and Bryan Scott Vespry. Althea

also embraced and raised Earlwyn’s daughter Michelle Kelly as her owndaughter.

“AL” as she was affectionally called by all that knew and loved her, Althea

sacrificed her job with New York Bell and Wal-Mart so she could devoted her

time and energy to her husband, children, grandchildren and late mother

Carmen Hinkson. She was adorned by everyone she came in contact with,

because of her generosity and kind nature. Althea loved having family and

friends gathered in her home for special occasions and holidays. “Basement

Parties”. She enjoyed creating new fashions for family and friends also

decorating during the holidays. Never a day did she not have a kind word and a

smile for everyone. Althea was a member of New Lots Reform Church in

Brooklyn NY. She leaves with fond memories a devoted husband, Earlwyn. Three devoted

children Michelle, Danielle and Bryan. Six beautiful grandchildren: Vanessa

Maxwell, Tanisha Johnson, Cassandra Benjamin, the love of her life Jessica

Kelly,JB Kelly, Malcolm Phillips and Tyrelle Verspry. Brother Kenmore Hinkson,

Sister-in-law Pat Hinkson. Sister and brother-in-law Jocelyn and Von Murray. Brother-in-law Calvin Clarke. Cousin Mervin Johnson. Son-in-law John Kelly and a host of loving nieces,

nephews, eight great grandkids and host of family and friends.
