Bernard was born in Jamaica Hospital, Long Island New York in September 17, 1938.
Bernard was a graduate of Fairfield Prep and Bridge Port University where he earned his MBA in accounting. He was the author of six books and the inventor/developer of “Focus Forecasting Software”, used by corporations all over the world for forecasting, distribution and resource planning. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing and traveled the world. Bernard was a member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church. He resided in Flagler Beach and enjoyed his summer home in Lubec, Maine. His brother Larry preceded Bernard in death. Bernard is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, Mary Katherine; sons, Christopher, Jonathan, Gregory and Patrick; sisters, Carole and Rita; brothers, Fr. Ronald, Donald and Anthony. 18 Grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a step-son, Keith McDuffie.
A visitation and celebration of life will be Sunday from 5:00-8:00 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South in Flagler Beach. Funeral Mass will be held Monday11:00 AM at Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, 915 North Central Avenue in Flagler Beach.
