Cindy was born on August 28, 1960 in Gainesville, Florida. In her early years, she was an active member of her community and high school. At the First Baptist Church of Bunnell, she played the organ and piano. Her involvement at Flagler Palm Coast High School included playing the clarinet in the band, serving as a Varsity Cheerleader and Majorette, and co-editing the Yearbook. She was also honored as a Homecoming Queen candidate and achieved 2nd runner-up for Miss FPC. Later in life she enjoyed traveling and worked as a Medical Billing Specialist and was Co-owner of R and R Cleaning. Her lifelong love for animals, especially her pets, was a significant part of her life. Friends and family always looked forward to her famous pepperoni rolls and deviled eggs at family gatherings. Cindy’s big laugh was contagious, her sensitivity to others, and never forgetting to acknowledge a birthday, were among her defining qualities.
