A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Eulalia Mendez 93 of N. Fort Myers FL formerly of Palm Coast will be held on Thursday March 11, 2021 in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast. Burial will follow in Flagler Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 10 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach FL. Mrs. Mendez passed away on March 3, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Aguadilla PR a daughter of the late Juan and Josefina Caban Berchini. She was a homemaker and a foster mom for many years. Preceding her in death was her husband Manuel Mendez, a sister and two brothers. Surviving are her daughters, Carmen Betancourt of N. Fort Myers FL, Evelyn Phillips of Tampa FL , a son, Manuel Mendez Jr. of Fort Myers FL, a foster son, Henry Rivera, a sister Julia Teresa Delgado of Port Ritchie FL, a brother, Pablo Berchini of AZ, seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home
