Joseph John Cipolla III, 61, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2024. Born on April 24, 1963, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph John Cipolla Jr. and Frances Heubach, Joe spent his early years surrounded by family and small-town life. At 12, his family moved to Volusia County, Florida, where he flourished and graduated from Seabreeze High School in Ormond Beach.
Joe’s work ethic was unmatched. He began his career as a market manager for Winn-Dixie, dedicating over 20 years to the company. But Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit soon called him to start his own business, Crue Cut Lawn & Maintenance Inc. He poured his heart into his company, proudly serving clients for 31 years and building a reputation for excellence and integrity.
In 1990, Joe married Georgie, and together they raised their daughter, Carli, who was the light of his life. His greatest pride and joy came from being a dad and later a “Pop Pop” to his grandson, Addison, and granddaughter, Sloane. His face lit up anytime they were around, and he loved nothing more than spoiling them with his time, attention, and the occasional sweet treat.
For the past two years, Joe shared a loving relationship with his partner, Franchesca Swierz. Their time together was filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Franchesca brought joy and light to Joe’s life, and their bond was a testament to the beauty of finding love at any stage in life. Together, they enjoyed simple pleasures like relaxing evenings, shared meals, and moments spent together, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Joe had a deep love for his family, cherishing the bonds he shared with his beloved sister, Karen Lopez, and his many cousins. Family was always at the heart of Joe’s life, and he made it a priority to stay connected, celebrating milestones, sharing stories, and creating memories that will be treasured by all who knew him.
Joe had a zest for life and a heart full of love. His passion for fitness led him to win a bodybuilding competition in the over-60 category, an achievement he took immense pride in. Whether he was enjoying a cocktail at the Golden Lion in Flagler Beach or indulging his sweet tooth with a slice of cake, Joe had a knack for making the most out of life’s simple pleasures.
Joe was a kind, easygoing soul who never met a stranger. His love for his family extended beyond humans—his beloved dog, Tyson, and Cooper the Cat were part of his crew, too. Friends, clients, and loved ones will always remember his warm smile, his thoughtful nature, and his ability to make everyone feel at ease.
Joe is survived by his daughter, Carli Wieda, and his grandchildren, Addison and Sloane; his loving partner, Franchesca Swierz; his sister, Karen Lopez; lifelong friend, Georgie Cipolla; Tyson and Cooper; and a large circle of family, friends, and clients who will miss him deeply.
Joe leaves behind a legacy of hard work, laughter, and love. He taught us the value of family, the importance of pursuing your passions, and how to live life fully. His memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to those lucky enough to know him.
Rest easy, Joe. You will always be loved, and you will never be forgotten. If you would like to send flowers in Joe’s honor, please consider sending arrangements in green and white.
