Joseph “Joe” Anton Schneider, 88 of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on March 25, 2018 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. He was born on November 20, 1929 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to the late Josef and Elizabeth Schneider (Lambert). Joe served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He raised his family in South Plainfield, New Jersey. 23 years ago he and his wife decided to move to the Palm Coast area and worked at Pine Lakes Country Club as a cart attendant for several years. He loved playing golf and socializing with his golfing buddies. He was a member of the VFW in Palm Coast. Joe is survived by his wife of 64 years, Isabel “Terry”; daughter, Linda Schneider, son, Michael Schneider and wife Rose, son, Steven Schneider and wife Renee`, son, Joseph Schneider and wife Maria; grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas, Janelle, Kristin, Alexa, Samantha and Bethany; great-grandson, Miles. Donations in his memory may be made to Florida Hospital Hospice Care. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
