Melissa Marie Quinn, 35, of Ormond Beach, Florida, entered into rest on September 10, 2020. Melissa was born on December 12, 1984 to Edward J. Quinn III and Donna Lee Longacre in Middletown, Connecticut. Melissa is predeceased by her sister, Jessica Quinn. She is survived by her mother, Donna Lee Longacre. Melissa is also survived by her daughter, Kai Murphy and her step-daughter, Amelia Murphy. Melissa is further survived by her sister, Alicia Longacre, her brother, Ethan Longacre, her uncle, John Dixon, Jr., and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dear friend, Dusty Gahagan. Melissa loved caring for her daughter and spending time with her loved ones. She was a beautiful person who will be deeply missed. The family will be having private services. Arrangements are made in the care of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
