

Jackie Lee, age 86, of Flushing, Michigan passed away peacefully on July 7, 2021. He was born to the late Avery and Nancy (Howard) Lee on December 2, 1934 in Sale Creek, Tennessee. Jackie was employed with General Motors for 37 years, and was a lifetime member of the Masons. He loved bowling, and restoring old cars. Jackie enjoyed traveling and spending winters in Florida with his lovely wife of 56 years, Carolyn. He was an extremely hard worker, and loved his family with his whole heart. Jackie was an amazing provider for his family, and showed that dedication to them throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by his family, and all who had the privilege to know him.
Jackie leaves behind his beloved wife, Carolyn; dear brother in law, Duane Bale; loving daughter, Sheryl (John) Bivins, cherished grandson, John D. Marshall, Jr; devoted great grandchildren, Scott, Emma, Abby and Harper Lee Marshall; dear niece, Jimmie (CB); dear cousins, Sandy and Faye; fond family friends, Pastor Mark Hoult and Howard Long; and lifelong family friends of 52 years, Carolyn (Foster) Taylor and their children, Lori and Kelli.
Jackie is preceded in death by his son, Steven A.; granddaughter, Jessica N. Marshall; brothers, Howard and Charles Lee; sister in laws, Wilma and Grace Lee; and nephew, Butch Lee.
The family will greet family and friends from 11:00am until the time of funeral service at 12:00pm, which will be officiated by Rev. Mark Hoult, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing, Michigan. A private family interment will be held at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flushing.
