Phyllis L. Thaden, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Hyde Park Assisted Living. She was born on December 18, 1934 in Plymouth, Indiana. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Pamela Schad, and her grandson, Bruce Koch. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
