Amy DeFalco, 56 passed away on February 8, 2016. She was born on March 26, 1959 in Bronx, NY. Amy is survived by her loving husband, William and children, Joseph and Audra. Her visitation will be held on Thursday from 7-9pm and Friday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 9:30am at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church followed by interment at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
