Carl A. Rouzier Jr. Passed away on July 22, 2014. Beloved husband of June H. Lee. Loving father of Isabella, Jack and Mia. Cherished son of Marie Simone Rouzier and the late Carl Rouzier Sr. Dear brother of Martine Rouzier-Gambino and the late Daniel P. Rouzier. The Rouzier family will be accepting visitors at the Frederick Funeral Home on Saturday, July 26, 2014 and Sunday, June 27, 2014 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 28, 2014 9:30am at St. Andrew Avellino RC Church. Cremation St. Michael's Cemetery.
