A visitaton for Carmen will be held Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. An interment will occur Monday, April 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Cypress Hills Cemetery, 833 Jamaica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208.
