Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Quinn-Fogarty Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9 pm.
Funeral is scheduled for Thursday, 9:45am Mass at Mary's Nativity Church
Interment to follow at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery.
Felix was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving his country for four years.
