Frank was born in the Philippines to Frank Lupton, Sr. and Virginia Den. In July of 1957, he married the love of his life, Elsa. They went on to have their 6 kids, whom he loved dearly and was proud of all of them. Or as he liked to say, he had "a dozen kids" and when he got the look of amazement, he'd follow with "a half a dozen". He completed 2nd year college in Marine Engineering. In 1979, he made the trek to the United States with his daughter, Teresa, in search of a better life for his family. They lived with his mom and step-dad in Brooklyn, NY. He started with work at a gas station and eventually moved to the Sanitation Department as an auto mechanic. With hard work, he was able to bring the rest of his family from the Philippines starting with Elsa, Albert, Maria and Mary Jane. Robert and Mary Ann later followed. He retired as an A mechanic with East Hills Chevrolet. He loved to joke ("I'm on a seafood diet. Every time I see food, I eat it"), take walks, ride a bike and watching all kinds of sports. He was a fan of the Knicks and Mets
