Jack Rainey, age 77, of Middle Island, New York passed away on Sunday June 2, 2019. Jack was born July 29, 1941. Retired First Grade Homicide Detective. Proud Army Veteran. PGA Pro Golfer for assistant at Deepdale Golf Course , Manhasset, New York.
Beloved husband of Cynthia M. Corso Rainey, Love of My Life. Loving father of Lisa (Kevin) Winters, Sean (Diane) Rainey and Seamus (Lesley) Rainey. Cherished grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 2. Survived by 3 sisters.
The family of Jack Rainey will be receiving visitors at the Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. Visiting hours will be Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 7, 2019 at10:45 AM.
