Joseph C. Montano, 97, passed away on September 7, 2014. He was born in Boston, MA on July 11, 1917 to the late Vincent and Jenny Montano. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Elda (nee Petacco), children, Vincent, Joseph and Linda and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. His visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:45am at St. Kevin's RC Church followed by the interment at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
