Justin was a Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne and did a tour of duty in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged in 2016. Justin went on to earn a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Stonybrook University graduating May 2019.
After graduation Justin was employed at Atlantic Hydraulic Systems in Shirley NY.
He is survived by his parents Jim and Jill Owens and three siblings, Brent, Natalie and Juliette Owens.
