Beloved wife of the late James P. Carr.
Loving and devoted mother of James, Bernadette Kelly, Christopher and Kathleen Koltun.
She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Quinn-Fogarty Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday fro 2-5 and 7-9 pm.
Funeral is scheduled for Thursday, 10:30 am Mass at St. Ann's Church.
Interment at follow at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery.
