

Nina Barone, born on December 6, 1962, peacefully departed this world on February 13, 2024. She was the cherished daughter of the late Frank and Jean Barone, a loving sister to Christopher Barone, and the late Adam Barone. Nina was the devoted companion of David and a dear friend to all that knew her.
Nina's life was a tapestry of love, passion, and genuine connections. She embraced the world with a warm heart and a radiant spirit that left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her. Her departure leaves a void, but her memory will continue to be a source of inspiration and love for those who knew and loved her.
Nina had a zest for life that was evident in her diverse interests. She had an undeniable love for cars, motorcycles, finding joy in the thrill of the open road while blasting her favorite music. Her appreciation for fine craftsmanship extended to her love for jewelry, always adorning herself with pieces that reflected her unique style and personality.
In addition to her adventurous side, Nina found solace in the simple beauty of flowers and gardening. Her green thumb brought life and color to her surroundings, and she took pride in cultivating a serene and vibrant garden. Nina's connection to nature and to animals was a testament to her appreciation for the simple joys of life.
As a loving sister to Christopher, devoted companion to David and a true friend Nina valued the bonds she formed with those closest to her. Her loyalty, compassion, and magical sparkle endeared her to many, creating a network of relationships that enriched her life and the lives of others.
A celebration of Nina's life will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Blvd., Flushing, New York 11358, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory. The visiting hours will be Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 10:00 Am to 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Avenue, Flushing, New York 11365.
