Marvin Sommers, 93, passed away on May 2. He lived in Aventura, Florida. Marvin grew up in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from City College. He worked as a certified public accountant for 18 years and then as a stockbroker for 18 years.
He was predeceased by his wife of 38 years, Gladys Ditchek Sommers, in
1990, and his sister Florence Rosenbaum. He was also predeceased by his long time girlfriend Renee Wenig.
He is survived by his two sons, Howard (Gladys) and Alan, his grandsons, Lloyd (Leslie) and Craig (Blair), and his adored great grandchildren, Giles, Walt, Jansen and Wynn.
