

Wai Yang had a noble moral character, was sincere, passionate about people, and always considerate others. People working with her in her office praised her as a “Good friend, helper, and colleague.” She had a slim figure and a graceful demeanour. Every day she walked into the office, people praised her for bringing them sunshine and happiness; she was a talented, beautiful woman born in 1948. “Heaven is jealous of talents.” She passed away at a young age in 2005.
She read and wrote fluently in French, English and Chinese. She was proficient in poetry; she wrote fantastic calligraphy, drew beautiful paintings, and used scissors to cut out wonderful scenery, & fingerings; she could sew and embroider, and she could sing and dance.
She has traveled to many countries and places; she was a supervisor assistant at the Swiss and New York United Nations Headquarters for over 31 years. She worked carefully and carefully, nonstop, until all the work had finished the day. She had her retirement party on 9-30-2004.
Wai was always willing to help others, the poor, and people who urgently needed help in debt or trouble, to calm their emotions and the sick; she helped to heal their feelings. Her kindness will be missed forever.
