Patricia Ann Bailey Garrison

Patricia Ann Garrison, age 61 of Morrow, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2010 after a brief but courageous battle. She was born June 3, 1949 in Cedartown, GA to Alvin & Bessie Skinner Bailey. Ms. Garrison was employed with General Motors as a line worker but her career as a loving homemaker is how she’ll best be remembered. In addition to her parents, Tricia is preceded in death by her younger sister, Martha Adams. She is survived by her fiancé’, Steve Ginn; sons, Tim Richardson and wife Stephanie of McDonough and Danny Garrison and his wife Jackie of Braselton; grandchildren, Bailee Richardson and Tyler Richardson of McDonough; brother, Jimmy Skinner and wife Allyne of Cedartown; sister, Barbara Sue Willocks of Morrow and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 13, 2010 at 11:00 am at Ward’s Parkway Chapel with Pastor Eddy Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro. Family will receive friends Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make a donation in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society. Tricia Garrison was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all the lives she touched. Arrangements are in the care of Horis A. Ward, Inc.
