I missed Christine's presence last evening when I arrived at the entrance to Rainycrest. Her playing cards were sitting on her table just as she left them. I referred to Christine as the Mayor of Rainycrest - she had her finger on the pulse, knew all. Christine never let me pass without multiple pets to Babe the dog. Babe and I miss you Christine. Rest in peace.💕

So sad to hear of Christine’s passing.  She took such good care of my grandmother  in rainycrest.  Whenever we would arrive she would tell us where she was, or we would see her pushing her, or feeding her.    She was always smiling and laughing and would brighten everyone’s mood.   We loved chatting with her as we walked in.   You will be missed Christine.  

Christine was a very sociable & outgoing ray of sunshine in Rainycrest.  Each day when I arrived to visit my husband Ivan, she knew which wing of the Home he was  exploring & came along with me to find him.  She kept a keen eye on what he was up to - reporting "he didn't eat anything today" & such things I needed to hear.  She will be missed by so many.  God's Peace, Chris.

My mother May Matheson  and I were so sad to hear of Christine's passing.  She was a great friend to all the residence of Rainycrest.  Always concerned about my mother and could tell me where she was when I entered the building each day.  Christine will be missed by all of us that visit Rainycrest everyday and all her friends at the nursing home.  Rest in peace Christine!

Christine was our daily greeter at Rainycrest and always watched out for my mom,  I will truly miss her telling me about the latest puzzle, search a word,  bingo game, tuck shop find and mostly unconditional friendship..RIP  Christine,  our corner "group " misses you, till we meet again,  Twyla and Greta 💕
