Linda Ann Moen

Peacefully surrounded by love, Linda Ann Moen passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.

Her passing was a peaceful release for a peaceful presence. Linda was an angel on earth and is now an angel in heaven.

Linda made the most of every day and was always thinking of ways to make family members feel loved. Linda had a gift of making friends wherever she travelled – spreading sunshine with whomever she met.

Linda was the best daughter, sister, sister-in-law, and aunt that anyone could ever want … always concerned, always interested, never demanding. Linda celebrated everyone’s achievements and showed concern in their life’s challenges.

While working as an Avon representative, Linda made numerous lifelong friends as well as receiving many awards and accolades. Linda loved working with her co-workers at the Treasure Chest and later at the Super 8.

Linda was predeceased by her father William Moen, grandparents: Ida and Jul Moen, Catherine and George Bagacki.

Linda will always be remembered by her mother, Violet; sister, Nancy (Rod); brothers, Brent (Marilyn); and Brian (Bernadette). Also left to mourn are Linda’s nieces and nephews: Rob (Jess), Peter (Faith), David, Matt, Geoff (Vicky), Andy, Brittany, Rheanna and Kyla.

She was a shining light in our family and will be sorely missed.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fort Frances, Ontario.
