After moving to South Florida, Alan began working for Marcal Paper Company as a paper salesman. The couple welcomed two children into their home. He was blessed to spend the last 14 years of his life with his loving wife Elsie. They always made each other laugh.
Alan was an avid hunter and boater who taught countless family friends how to waterski. He was a well-travelled individual who has been to 44 states. He loved his family and always put them first. One of his favorite things was spending time with family.
