Carmen is survived by; daughter Marie Therese Alvarez; granddaughter Patricia Raymond, granddaughter Sabine Morel, granddaughter Antonio Morel and grandson Antonio Morel.
A visitation for Carmen will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 2, 2017 at 11:30 AM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317. An interment will occur Monday, January 2, 2017 at 1:15 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens South, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33317.
