Her journey began on November 9,1947 in Brooklyn, New York. She was a devoted mother to her two children Richard Napoli, Jr and Jill Curran, mother-in-law to Jills husband Sean Curran and loving GG to her two granddaughters Caroline and Chloe Curran who were the light of her life and Laura Cotarelo a family friend and “second” daughter.
She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Napoli, Mother and Father Mary and William Bohan and her brothers Gerard and Richard Bohan.
She had a love and passion for education, she went to school for elementary education and taught for many years. It was then Carols dream to build her very own preschool. She was pregnant with Jill when she built it. Her love for children was something that made her happy everyday.
Carol was so proud of her Irish heritage, St. Patricks Day was by far one of her favorite holidays. She could make everyone laugh with her jokes and sayings. She always kept everyone around her on their toes. But she would drop everything in a minute if you needed something. Carol was the type of person who would talk to a stranger wether waiting in a line at a store or doctors appointment. She made everyone around her feel special but also wasn’t afraid to tell you what she felt. She loved to entertain, dance and sing.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
She was called home on August 26, 2021.
