Carol Jean Olsen

Carol Jean Helsley Olsen 84 of Pompano Beach died peacefully surrounded by her loving family July 22,2019. She had fought a courageous battle against cancer since the fall of 2018. She was the loving daughter of John E. and Margaret Coons. She was proceeded in death by her parents and her husband Jack Olsen. She is survived by her 4 children Susan Parks(Bill), Sarah Spalding(Neil), Sandy Tomassi(Rick) and David Helsley( Monica). She had 5 grandchildren Stacey Tinsley(David), Ryan Spalding, Katie Parks, Clayton and Martha Helsley and 2 great grandchildren Sailor and Isla Tinsley. She is also survived by 2 loving friends David Klausner and Lucille Gage. Our mother loved sailing, golf, bowling and playing bridge. She was very caring person and never met a stranger. Her family would like to thank Ana Perez and Betty Jean for there many hours of loving care. Her family would like to thank the caregivers of Vitas at Holy Cross Hospital and at Ft.
