Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Tara Hall and Deirdre FitzGerald; her mother, Sally Puglisi and her brother, Vincent Puglisi. She was predeceased by her father Vincent Puglisi.
Visitation will beheld on Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 4:00 - 8:00 at the Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. Carolyn's funeral service will commence on Monday morning, June 3, 2019 at 11:30 at Assumption Catholic Church, 2001 S. Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
