Casimir is survived by his daughters Laura Streimer and Audrey Murray, son in laws Jay Streimer and Rex Murray, stepsons David Rose and Jay Rose, brothers Joseph Spinella and Leroy Spinella, sister in law Barbara Spinella, and grand children Joshua Streimer, Eric Streimer, Genevieve Murray and Daniel Murray.
After earning a business degree Casimir had a long career in construction, which was coupled with his lifelong passion to “fix” things. More recently, he operated an ATM route and enjoyed the challenges of tinkering with this business. He was actively involved in tracking the stock market, history classes, and keeping up on politics and world events.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 1:30 pm. The family will greet family and friends following the funeral and will sit Shiva Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights at 7:30pm at the home of Laura & Jay Streimer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund (kidneyfund.org).
