Papas, Demetrios age 83 of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away on June 3rd, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Athena; by sister, Meta Foleros; and by his brother, Gus Papas. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 5th from 2-4 and 6-9pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm. The funeral service will be at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church on Wednesday, June 6th at noon with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn North Mausoleum in Pompano Beach.
