Dolores Mae Spottswood-Reuben, 83, resident of Lauderhill, Florida, native of Poughkeepsie, New York, died on August 23, 2018 at her home amongst loved ones. She was a retired sales manager from Readers’s Digest, and later Sears.
She was an avid supporter of St. Helen Catholic Church, and many community charities. She was a lover of music, tennis, golf, and bowled with a league for many years. In her heyday, she enjoyed her freedom, traveled often, enjoyed her scotch, and loved well.
Dolores was born to the late Aurthur Banks and Helen Spottswood on April 20, 1935. She was predeceased by her parents, Helen and Aurthur, her biological daughter, Deborah Allen, and her husband Rudolph Reuben.
Dolores, leaves behind loving friends, many of whom were celebrated as family, such as her Grandchildren, Britnie and Ariana Hyppolite, and her daughter, Charmaine Borda. She was loved, and will be missed, tremendously.
Memorial Service and internment will be held on September 2, 2018, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Davie, Florida at 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
