

Dominick Marzano, a treasured family man and beloved member of his community, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, at the venerable age of 84. Born on July 5, 1940, in Brooklyn, New York, he led a life marked by love, generosity, and courage.
Dominick graduated from high school with a determination that would come to define his life. He served his country with honor and distinction for four years in the United States Army, a period in his life of which he was particularly proud. Upon completing his service, he returned to Brooklyn where he laid down roots and nurtured a family that would become his life's joy.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Marzano; beloved sons, Dominick Marzano (Wife-Edna Marzano) and Angelo Marzano (Wife-Adrienne Marzano); grandchildren, Christian Rose Marzano, Dominick Marzano, Angelo Marzano, and Frankie Marzano; sister, Kathy Marzano; brother, Patrick Marzano; step daughter, Nicole Chevres (Husband-Elliot Chevres) and their son Eric Chevres.
Among those who knew him, Dominick’s life was a beacon of what it means to be loving and generous. His courage intertwined with his interactions, leaving no doubt of the strength and resilient spirit he possessed. Spending quality time with his family was Dominick's most cherished interest, an activity that portrayed his unwavering commitment to those he held dear.
Dominick's life was one of impact and meaning, touching the lives of all who had the fortune of crossing his path. While his physical presence will be deeply missed, the memories he created with friends and family will linger, perpetuating his legacy.
A life beautifully lived, a heart profoundly loved – Dominick Marzano will be remembered always and missed deeply by those who were blessed to know him.
A public visitation for Dominick will be held Friday, April 4, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 718 S Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. A mass of christian burial will occur Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4595 Bayview Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. A military honors will occur Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4595 Bayview Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.
