Evelyn Fernandez, age 88, of Tamarac, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020. Evelyn was born February 14, 1932 in Trelawny, Jamaica.
A visitation for Evelyn will be held Friday, January 15, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317. A committal service will occur Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 12:00 PM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317.
Evelyn will be dearly missed.
