Fred P. Modica is survived by his sister, Patricia; nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph; and mother, Mary.
Fred was born on April 11, 1947 in Queens, New York to parents, Joseph and Mary Modica. He graduated from John Adams High School in Queens.
A funeral is scheduled for Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 11am.
