It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Gus Pullows, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, who passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2025, at the age of 92.
Gus was born on January 18, 1933, in Akrata, Greece, and immigrated to the United States where he built a life surrounded by love, family, and cherished memories.
Gus was the devoted husband to Vilma, and together they shared a bond that lasted a lifetime. He was a loving father to three children: Monica, Kathy (Stephen) and John (Lisa) and a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Olivia, Sophia, Natalie, Evan, Nicholas and Lucas.
His family was the center of his world, and he found great joy in spending time with them, whether it was sharing stories, offering guidance, or simply being present. He taught us the values of hard work, integrity, and the importance of family, leaving behind a lasting legacy of love and strength.
Additionally, Gus is survived by his loving siblings and their families in Greece.
A visitation will be held at Kraeer/Fairchild Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33308, on February 20, 2025, from 5:00-8:00 pm.
