Hazel Ascani, 77, of Hollywood, Florida entered into rest on Saturday, September 14, 2013. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens South in Davie, Florida. Hazel will be dearly missed.
