Throughout his life, he built success through hard work and perseverance, founding and operating several thriving businesses, including ventures in car transport and construction. He took great pride in his work and was admired for his skill, reliability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Outside of his professional life, Jerry found his greatest joy on the water. An avid fisherman, he loved all types of fishing and was known for being exceptionally skilled—often returning with stories as impressive as the catches themselves. Fishing was more than a hobby; it was a passion that brought him peace and happiness.
Jerry was a devoted family man and a cherished uncle. He is survived by his loving sister, Jackie Hansen (Rodney) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; his brothers, John Jewell of Pompano Beach, Florida, and Jimmy Jewell (Tammy) of Middleburg, Florida; two beloved nieces, Trinity Rose and Jacki Johnson; and one cherished nephew, Justin Jewell. He was a steady presence in their lives and will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and generosity.
A faithful Christian, Jerry lived with a deep belief in God’s promises. His family takes comfort in knowing that he is now in Heaven, reunited with his beloved mother and resting in the presence of his Savior.
Jerry Keith Jewell will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his legacy of faith, hard work, and love will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
