

Jerry was born in St. Louis, MO to Alex and Rose Rayman on September 24, 1933. He married Iris Alverio-Rayman on August 4, 2000 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was a veteran who served in the United States Army (earning the National Defense Service and Good Conduct medals), and worked in building material sales and management for the majority of his career.
Jerry is preceded in death by his sister Eileen Borofsky and his brother and sister-in-law Carl and Marlane Rayman, brother-in-law John Stack, and niece Yanny Valera.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife Iris; sons Alex Rayman (and partner Gary Phillips), Evan Rayman (Bonnie), Jason Rayman (Melissa), and stepson Carlos Gonzalez (Rita); brother Joseph Rayman (Bertha); sisters-in-law Lucy Alverio and Nery Stack; grandchildren Joshua and Carly, Rebecca and Emily, and Sabrina and Rebecca; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, April 17 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue in Davie, Florida with Rabbi David Baum of Congregation Shaarei Kodesh officiating. Interment will follow at the South Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
