I will miss my Dear Sister. The Resurrection Hope can comfort us as Jesus taught: "All those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out" --John 5:28, 29.
Also, soon death will be no more-- Revelation 21:3,4--

From the Stephenson and Spencer families

Ms Madge was a beloved member of our family. Her beautiful smile, her great sense of humor and loving spirit will remain with us forever.
Ms Madge grew up with our mother Carmen and her siblings and shared a birthdate with our favorite uncle, Bryan. She used to regale us with stories of her childhood days when they both would play together on the road from school while the older ones had already hurried home to the exasperation of her mother and our grandmother.
We recall with great fondness family gatherings over the years and will forever appreciate how she and Don travelled all the way from Texas to be present with us at our mother’s funeral six years ago. How can we forget how they travelled to Kingston from Mandeville, Ms Madge not having a driver’s license, and their amusement as a police officer gently guided them to a suitable parking space!
A family is a circle of love, not broken by a loss but made stronger by the memories. Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. Ms Madge, it will be hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember.

Madge was always so pleasant to be around. She was one of my favorites at the Kingdom Hall to talk too after the meeting. She was strong spiritually and I’m certain that Jehovah will remember her!! Job 14: 14,15.

The loss of Sister Grant as we know her by is very sad to our family.
We have so many fond memories of Sister Grant especially when driving to the Kingdom Hall or Conventions. She always had stories to tell and everyone loved her Jamaican accent and her beautiful smile. She never complained and always a joy to be around.
She was always buying us little gifts and making us a food.

Sister Grant was a student of God’s word the Bible and was aware of scriptures such as John 5:28,29 of a Resurrection. 2peter 3:13
“ A new heavens
and a new earth “ Under God’s Kingdom. Psalms 37:9-11 “ The righteous will possess the earth”.... Titus 1:2 “ God cannot lie about this”.
I know these scriptures brought comfort to her as it should to all of us!
We will miss Madge for now but looking forward to God’s promises of seeing and being reunited with our loved ones again under that Kingdom arrangement with Jesus as King!

In every thing give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
I am very grateful and appreciative for the times I’ve spent with my dear Ms. Madge. She reminded me so much of my grandmother. I enjoyed the charisma, joy, laughter, wisdom, smile and love. Karl, Lorna and Don your mother was a true jewel and was very blessed to have lived 94 years. I’m thankful to God that she passed thru my life. We’ll meet again when the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 - 17

Madge you became family through the years.
Your sweet smile and thoughtfulness will be missed.
I learned to become more patient and accepting
from all our conversations. Your laughter helped me get through hard times.
You were a loyal friend to my mother. I hope you are both enjoying a good conversation and laughing.
We were blessed to have been part of your life.
