Oscar E. Martinez, 83 of Hollywood, FL passed away on October 6, 2018. He was born in Banes, Cuba on May 31, 1935 to parents Jose & Mercedes Martinez. Oscar was married to “the Notebook” love of his life Felicia Garrido on Aug 30, 1957. Oscar had a passion for his family, this country and college football (His favorite team is where ever Willie & Ito are). He is survived by his loving wife Felicia of 61years; his children, Henry & Freya, Willie & Kimberly and Diane; his grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, William, Mikayla and Francis; his great grandchildren, Hunter & Sophie. He is also survived by his two brothers and three sisters. Funeral Services will be at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Receiving family and & friends on Wednesday, October 10th from 6pm-9pm and memorial service/burial on Thursday, October 11th at 11am Oscar & Felicia’s wishes are that donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in his name and honor in lieu of flowers.
Oscar will truly be missed.
