Pierre Sauveur Guerrier

Pierre Sauveur Guerrier was born to the parentage of Auraceus Guerrier and Estimene Lucas on April 16, 1933 at Thomazeau Haiti. He completed his primary schooling in Thomazeau and pursued secondary studies at Lycée Antenor Firmim in Port - au – Prince Haiti.

Subsequently he joined the Haitian army where he served for 20 years. He then married Carida Benjamin and out of this union 9 children were born. Later in he entered the United States so that his family would have a better opportunity in life. While in America, he worked all kinds of odd jobs to ensure that all the members of his family would join him there. Thus in 1986 he brought his wife and four daughters and shortly after the whole family was with him to pursue the American dream. On Friday November 2nd 2012, our father in heaven called his son home.

Pierre was a very animated and lovely person. He was loved by all who got to know him and he will be remembered by his friends and his family as a great man. His legacy will live on.
