Rosie Garza Guilliams, 70, of Pembroke Pines passed away on February 14, 2017. She was born in Brownsville, Texas on April 29, 1946 to parents Alonzo and Margarita Garza. She graduated from Hialeah High School. Rosie was married to John C. Guilliams for 36 years. She worked for the Division of Driver's License for the State of Florida. Rosie had a passion for the Dallas Cowboys, Elvis Presley, and her birds. She is survived by her husband, John Guilliams; stepson, John Guilliams; grandchildren, Travis and Jeremy Guilliams; siblings, Dolly Cortez, Homer Garza, and Al Garza. She will be deeply missed by all.
