

Shelia was born in Middletown OH to Millard and Virginia Walters Sr on March 19, 1952. Her parents moved to Fort Lauderdale FL when she was a young child, and she attended school there including Stranahan High School. She married Richard Rawley and had one child, Melissa Rawley-Payne. She remarried Earl Coker many years later and will be laid to rest by his side after his passing in 2005. She worked as a Computer Operator for Florida Medical Center for 20+ years and at Walmart as a Store Clerk for 10+ years. She loved her family and dogs deeply and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of getting to know her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Barbara Cone and Rita Halsey and brother, Gary Trent and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Missy) Rawley-Payne, her son-in-law Tony Payne and her two grandchildren, Cole and Ethan Payne; her brother, Millard Walters Jr and his two children, Lana Cabrera with Deborah Martinez, her husband Joseph Cabrera and their three children, Joey, Ava and Luke Cabrera, and Brandon Walters with Amy Walters; her sister Greta Rawley and brother-in-law Robert (Bob) Rawley Sr and their three children, Autumn Star Schneider and her children, Austin Schneider, his wife Ariyana Schneider and grandchild, Quintin Schneider, and Thomas Schneider, Robert Rawley Jr and his four children, Alex, Gabi, Marcus and RJ Rawley, and Matthew Rawley; her deceased sister Barbara Cone’s two children Tammy Tomisek, her husband Michael Tomisek and two children, Ashley Kratzer and Micheala Tomisek, and Brittany O’Toole, her husband Michael O’Toole and children, Garron O’Toole, his wife Desi O’Toole and grandchild Eleanor O’Toole, and Maddie O’Toole. She is survived by many additional extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at 11 am on March 28th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Davie FL with the funeral services at 12 pm at this same location following the visitation. Burial will follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park in Fort Lauderdale FL at 2 pm.
