Teresa Ann Musumeci

Born in Iowa, Teresa was raised in Davie, Florida, where she built a life rooted in love, family, and simple joys. She was known for her green thumb, especially when it came to orchids, and took pride in the beauty she created through her love of gardening.

A dedicated and successful entrepreneur, Teresa built and managed her own business with determination and grace. She balanced her professional accomplishments with an unwavering commitment to her family, always ensuring she had time for the people she loved most.

Teresa leaves behind a family she loved and cherished, including her mother Verna, her daughter Tracy, and son-in-law Sean, who were central to her life. She also leaves her brothers Jeff and Greg, and is reunited in passing with her sister Wanda and her father Darrell. Her memory will continue to live on through her grandchildren, Tori and Samantha, and her great-grandson Hudson, each of whom brought her tremendous joy and held a special place in her heart.

Teresa’s warmth, strength, and generous spirit will be forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers a donation could be made to one of her favorite charities, St Jude Children’s Hospital or the American Cancer Society.

A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, located at 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317, on November 21, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on November 22, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.

A committal service will follow at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, located at 2401 SW 64th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317, on November 22, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
