I am so terribly sorry to hear of Billy’s passing and so grateful to have seen him during one of his most recent visits to Chelmsford.
We grew up together in North Chelmsford and I remember him for his bright smile and wonderful sense of humor.
He will be sorely missed.
My condolences to Bonnie and the entire Lussier family.

We lived next door to Bonnie and Bill.  Our grandchildren grew up with them.  Bonnie sat at the front window, and when Bill came home from work, the neighbors would sit outside and drink "something".  Bill was always outside doing something.  He mowed our front lawn, even at his age.  His knee problems didn't even slow him down!  He loved his golf outings, especially when they became weekend events.  He will be sorely missed by his neighbors!

I 've known Billy for over half of my life and from the very first day we met he had always made me feel important, as he did with everyone who he knew. As the years have passed he has taught me numerous wisdoms in the field of drywall as well as in the path of life. He was a generous caring person who always gave to anyone in need and never expected recognition or praise for his good deeds. I think its part of his happiness of being able to help and do for others that gave him such a great sense of being and joy. He was always so happy that he even slept with a smile on his face. Billy took the absolute upmost pride in his wife, Bonnie and his children Kurt, Kristi and Kyle.  He took me as his son in law and treated me as if i was his own, just as he did with any of the other younger generations in his life. He gave us so much love and knowledge and there could never be a replacement for him.  I know he is with us all now and can hear us when we say " I love you Billy and thank you for being a part of my life. " 


My Daddy..my safe place..my rock n go to guy to help me get thru the hardest of times.You've taught me so much.You taught me to be me and to always to do the right thing by others.You taught me to use my humor in the hardest n most challenging of times..you'd call me a silly little girl n I'd say well look who I come from n we'd laugh. You taught me to keep my drywall knives and hands clean,to skim out n do nails, sand n run a Bazooka, from scraping ceilings n running a HOPPA! You taught me how to drive everything from go carts to bikes to my first car. You taught me if a friend was in need and you had 2..they now had 1. To give with a full heart with no  expections. Daddy you taught me integrity and what it meant. You taught me to be that silly girl and to live life to the fullest no matter how modified..taught me how to throw a football with a great spin,throw a fast pitch softball,bowl,skate and so much more. You gave so much of yaself to ya family and to all of those around you and to love unconditionally. I could not of asked for a better Grandfather for my son Kasey. I'm not sure Daddy how I'm going to continue to be all of me without you but I know you'll be with me n you'll let me know that its you. I'm still in shock n reach for my phone daily for that after work call. On Jan 30th when God called you home you took a peace of my heart puzzle with you.I know God sent his only son and our brother Jesus to walk you home with his loving arms around you full of love and peace.I made promises to you and not to worry..Kurt,Kyle and I will only become stronger and closer and will overcome anything that may come our way together. That I promised you. I miss you so much n its gonna take me a bit to get use to not hearing those goofy one liners. Love grows in ya heart where ya soul lives. With every beat of my heart I'll feel you there and talk to you. God gave me ten days with you before you left..a gift n I'm grateful. 💖 Pieface Daddy's girl

What can I say. I would always make a point to see him when he visited family here in the north.  He was always cracking jokes and making us laugh. Always enjoyed his visits.  Rest in peace, Uncle Billy.  Love you.  ❤️

“Uncle Billy” as we knew him on the golf course, will be greatly missed by all of us. Every time I had the opportunity to spend time with him, he always had a smile on his face. And he always wanted to share a joke with you. He was a good man, a good father, a good grandfather, and a great friend! 

To my brothers family, no matter what time that you were with him he always made you feel like A real good human being He made me laugh and laugh and laugh . People often asked me how is your brother the funny  one who’s having so many brothers but I still exactly know who the person they were asking about! In my heart He was an icon I am going to miss him for the rest of my life .

Porkys number seven he was a father and a friend he was my best friend I would not be who I I am today my mother and my father guided me nurtured me and knowledged me be my sister Kristi my brother Kyle would not be who we are today if it wasn’t for our father

I don’t know where to start. I met Kurt and Cindy just about 20 years ago when we became neighbors. Soon after I met Billy. He was a very Humble, family man that over the years I would find out that he would take the shirt off his back for anyone. The memories will live in forever. Thanks for being my friend Billy!
