Dan was an adventurer, photographer, musician, and friend to everyone he met. From the northern tips of Alaska to the mountains and streams of Wyoming, many of his happiest times were spent traveling with his wife Donna in their RV. After settling down more permanently in Fort Myers, Dan dedicated much of his time to being an active member in the Knights of Columbus and found his brothers for life. He was known to his fellow brothers of the Knights, DBL.D.
Services will be held on February 14th at 11:00 am at St. Columbkille Catholic Church located at 12171 Iona road Fort Myers FL 33908. Scattering of ashes will follow in the St. Columbkille Memorial Garden.
He is survived by his wife Donna, siblings Roger O’Daniel, D. Patrick O’Daniel, & Marilyn O’Daniel, his children Brett O’Daniel, Scott O’Daniel, & Carrie Morris, and his stepdaughter Jessica Avery.
